- Story Text: In contrast with the violence that has preceeded other World Cup confrontations Brazilian and Danish fans danced hand-in-hand in the streets of Nantes before their crucial World Cup quarter-final clash on Friday (July 3).
Brazilian's famous and flamboyant supporters danced the samba in the city streets to the sound of their own drums.
Many fans were draped in, or waving, their national flag.
Not to be outdone Danish supporters took to the streets in red costumes, painted red faces and wearing Viking helmets.
And in contrast to the violent under-current before many games the fans from both sides joined hands and danced together under both national flags.
