- Story Text: Following the hijack drama at Orly airport, Paris, on Sunday (January 19) stringent security has been enforced at the airport. Strong detachments of the Compangies Republicanise Securite (CRS) and armed airport buildings.
As part of the new measures, all observations terraces are shut to visitors, higher perimeter fences are to be installed and police marksmen will patrol the area.
Sunday's attack, in which Arab terrorists tried to shoot at an Israeli airliner with a rocket-launcher, was the second such attack at Orly within a week.
