- Story Text: This is the requested coverage of youth tourism in Westberlin, FYI: Westberlin is not very overrun by young tourists during the months of July and August. There are several reasons for this, Berlin is sizzling with beat during these months, we have tropical temperatures up to 35 ??? C (app 100 ??? F) at the moment. Both West-Berlin universities are closed for the summer holidays and students left the city, so many contacts for young tourists are gone. The hinterland of Westberlin ex with its many lakes and forest in inaccessible, it's Eastgermany. Everybody who can afford it is away on holidays. You are even able to find parking places in the city.
