- Story Text: Dozens were arrested in downtown Port-au-Prince on Tuesday (February 16) after looting an electronics store.
Hordes of Haitians descended on the building which was surrounded by rubble from the January 12 earthquake.
Many walked away holding electronic goods, including radios and televisions.
"I go to the same place where the other men go to take anything. But at the end police caught us," said one of the looters.
