  • Story Text:Chilean businessman wanted on charges of fraud, Rafael Garay, appeared before a court in Romania on Monday (November 28) at a hearing to determine if he should be placed in protective custody.
    Garay was arrested in the mountain resort town of Brasov last week, on an international arrest warrant.
    Chile demands Garay's extradition on charges of fraud.
