- Story Text:As top of the Bundesliga RB Leipzig were preparing for their match against Freiburg later this week, fans watching a training session on Tuesday (November 22) were full of praise for their club.
"This success is due to (Red Bull owner Dietrich) Mateschitz putting together the right people, with (Ralf) Rangnick as the right expert who sought the right and good players," said an elderly fan, Michael Ortlieb.
"There is no star among them. It's a team and because there is no star, the focus is not on one player but the entire team. And new coach Ralph Hasenhuettl I believe is the icing on the cake," Ortlieb added.
On November 19, RB Leipzig became the first promoted side to go unbeaten in their opening 11 matches.
Leipzig, owned by energy drinks maker Red Bull, are three clear on 27 points following captain Willi Orban's 81st-minute winner last weekend. - Copyright Holder: REUTERS
