- Story Text: Dinner in the Sky has got bigger and better.
It was two years ago that organisers first laid out their sumptuous meal for diners sitting uncomfortably 50 metres above the ground.
This time they built a bigger platform so as to include more tables, more chefs and, more importantly, musicians whose ballads would hopefully calm vertigo-diners.
Anyone can hire the platform to have lunch or dinner for up to eight hours. Thursday's (September 16) even was set up in front of Belgium's iconic Atomium - a giant atom made out of steel and mirrored glass, originally built for the World Exhibition in 1958.
Belgium's master chefs were at hand to provide guests with mana from heaven.
It is organised by Events in the Sky which can also get you married there. - Copyright Holder: REUTERS
