And I don't think he's doing a real good job at this point. And they're digging up a lot of stuff from his past and believe me at this point I know that they have a lot more that they're holding on to that they're going to release at a later time when it's relevant to do so. But I think Hillary has got the upper hand at this point. I don't want to see that happen because I'm a dyed-in-the-wool conservative Republican and I think that her values are not my values, but I think that's the way it's going to happen, unfortunately." (SOUNDBITE) (English) ANDREW ANZANO, U.S. PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE WATCHER, SAYING: "I think she did good and I just feel like he's blaming somebody all the time. He's always saying, it's not because of this, it's because of Obama, it's because of what you did, Hillary you're not telling the truth, I just feel like he blames everybody for everything." (SOUNDBITE) (English) TSOTNE PIPIA, U.S. PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE WATCHER, SAYING: "Disgusting." (SOUNDBITE) (English) REPORTER ASKING: 'What's so disgusting about it?" - Story Text:People in New York City on Monday (October 10) gave their thoughts on the morning after the second U.S. presidential debate.
Donald Trump, defiant amid a tide of criticism of his sexually aggressive remarks about women, said Hillary Clinton would go to jail if he were president and attacked her husband for his treatment of women in a vicious presidential debate.
"I was a little disappointed in the answers that Donald was coming up with and he's put himself in a very defensive position and she's taken the ball and she's running with it and she's like, running the offense and he's trying to play defense," said Mark Chapman.
"I think she did good and I just feel like he's blaming somebody all the time. He's always saying, it's not because of this, it's because of Obama, it's because of what you did, Hillary you're not telling the truth, I just feel like he blames everybody for everything," said Andrew Anzano.
"Disgusting," said Tsotne Pipia.
"I thought that Hillary had some very great points. It was actually quite embarrassing watching Trump," said Christian Sorensen.
The Sunday night debate, the second of three before the Nov. 8 vote, was remarkable for the brutal nature of the exchanges between Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, and Clinton, his Democratic rival.
Through it all, Trump, 70, and Clinton, 68, both landed punches as they clashed over taxes, healthcare, U.S. policy in the Syria civil war and Clinton's comments that half of Trump's supporters belonged in a "basket of deplorables."
Their next and last debate is on Oct. 19. - Copyright Holder: REUTERS
