Story Text: Refugees began to leave the northern lebanon city of Tripoli on November 8 after PLO (Palestine Liberation organization) forces loyal to chairman Yasser Arafat arrived in the city.
They had been driven out by Syrian backed forces of PLO colonel Saeed Musa, known as Abu Musa.
As the refugees fled in cars and trucks piled high with their belongings, smoke rose from burning city behind them.
