- Story Text: More U.S. military personnel wounded in Iraq have
arrived in Ramstein, Germany for further medical treatment at
Landstuhl Regional Medical Center.
Officials said that 53 passengers, including 22
soldiers wounded in combat in the past week arrived on Friday
(April 11, 2003) at the largest military medical facility outside
the United States.
More than one hundred wounded service embers have been
treated at the hospital since the beginning of Operation Iraqi
Freedom.
Landstuhl's most famous patient, PFC Jessica Lynch, who
was hurt when her unit was ambushed in southern Iraq late last
month, is scheduled to fly to the United States on Saturday
