- Story Text: Manchester United on Friday (September 14) announced a three year partnership deal with Japanese engineering company Yanmar.
The company boasts a long association with soccer, owns a club in Japan and has been a supporter of star Japanese midfielder Shinji Kagawa since he turned professional at the age of 17.
Kagawa, who recently signed from German club Borussia Dortmund, former Arsenal striker Robin van Persie of Netherlands, another recent signing for the Red Devils, and Mexican midfielder Javi Hernandez rubbed shoulders with company executives at a presentation on the eve of the club's Premier League match against Wigan at Old Trafford. - Copyright Holder: REUTERS
