- Story Text: U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder called on nations to continue working together to combat terror saying it was a "scourge" that threatened nations.
"The United States struck a decisive blow against terrorism last week with the elimination of Osama bin Laden. But as the minister indicated, that does not mean the terrorist threat is over, that the fight against terrorism has ended. We must continue to be vigilant and we must continue to work together to fight that scourge that threatens both of our nations and all of our allies," he told a news conference in Paris where he was due to take part in a summit of interior ministers of the Group of Eight industrialised nations called to discuss the fight against the drugs trade.
Holder said U.S. authorities were in the process of evaluating computer equipment seized at bin Laden's compound which was attacked by special forces last week.
"There is a huge amount of information that we are in the process of going through. From computers, from hard drives, from portable information holding devices," he added. - Copyright Holder: REUTERS
