- Story Text: Portugal were put through their paces at the Spartak stadium training ground on Thursday (June 22) as they prepare to take on New Zealand in their final Confederations Cup group game.
Cristiano Ronaldo headed an early winner as Portugal beat hosts Russia 1-0 on Wednesday (June 21) to go top of Group A and spoil Russian goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev's 100th cap.
Portugal have four points after they conceded an equaliser in stoppage time to draw their opening match 2-2 against Mexico.
Ronaldo did not join his teammates on the pitch on Thursday as he was among a group of players given a rest after Wednesday's match.
