Story Text: As the curtain closed on the 69th Cannes Film Festival on Sunday (May 22), people enjoyed one last night of partying hard on the Croisette.
People were enjoying the last rays of sun on the beach, while the world's rich and famous partied hard on boats down at the marina.
The jury announced on Sunday evening that the prestigious Palme d'Or award went to Ken Loach for his film, 'I Daniel Blake', a searing take on poverty in modern day England.
