- Story Text: Estonia took over chairmanship over the Council of Europe on Wednesday (May 18) from Bulgaria, which has held the tile for the last six months.
The event, held in Bulgaria's capital Sofia, had foreign ministers of member states present.
Estonian foreign minister Marina Kaljurand said her country will bring its experience with e-government into the organisation.
