- Story Text:Cholon, the sister city of Saigon and traditionally a Viet-Cong area, was in no need of VC security forces the day after the takeover. Flags were evident everywhere, and the flag makers and sellers were doing a brisk trade in the market area. The prices of food had not risen following the takeover, and business was normal everywhere. This was contrary to Saigon itself, where shops and businesses were closed while people awaited instructions and/or information about their future. In Cholon, the people were already sure that they would continue business ???.
