- Story Text:Father James Groppi and comedian Dick Gregory sagin called for a march of Milwaukee through the all-white south side section of Milwaukee, Wisconsin Saturday (2 Sept).
Both Father Groppi and Dick Gregory announced resumption of open housing marches through the all-white South Side of Milwaukee. Gregory, a negro comedian who has suspended his stage career to lead civil rights campaigns said "They were testing whether the feet of police can get as tired as the ??? they used to beat the negro marchers." In the subsequent march more than a thousand marchers participated.
