Memorial shield is unveiled, will remind people of this date, Final shot is of Sukarno greeting arab school children, who sang indonesian national anthem in original language. - Story Text:President Sukarno from Indonesia, arrived at Rio with a delay of 16 hours, to engine trouble in his plane, at Dakar.
Unusual restrictions put up by Brazil's foreign ministry hampered filmed coverage of the president's arrival a great dad, as the only position where cameramen were allowed to remain was in a very unfavourable from tilt angle, the actual arrival therefore not being up to wishes.
Later, Visnews cameraman Terre and others complained to president Kubitscek personally, and it looks as if press restrictions are going to cease from now on, according to the president's assuring.
