  • Story Text: Hollywood's most hyped couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt visited India's western Pune for the shooting of Jolie's new film "A Mighty Heart" on Thursday (October 5) evening.
    They left the city on Friday (October 6) evening, amidst strict security.
    Angelina is being cast in the film directed by English filmmaker Michael Winterbottom, who is famous for his war-based productions- 'Welcome to Sarajevo' and 'The Road to Guantanamo.'
    'A Mighty Heart' is based on Mariane Pearl's book on the ordeal she experienced during and after her husband Daniel Pearl, an American reporter, was killed by the extremists in Pakistan.
    Pearl, 38, was kidnapped and killed in Karachi in January 2002 while he was researching a story on Islamist militants.
    Last month police in Pakistan detained the crew members while they were shooting near a hotel in the southern city of Karachi from where Pearl was abducted in 2002.
    Oscar-winning U.S. actress Jolie last visited Pakistan as the U.N. goodwill ambassador in 2005, as an expression of her support for survivors of the October 8 earthquake.
