- Story Text: Russian children sledge hockey team "Krylya Sovetov" played a friendly game with hockey veterans and celebrities on Sunday (December 8) in the very heart of Moscow on Red Square ice rink.
The game was held to celebrate people with physical disabilities as well as to raise awareness of climate change.
The match ended with a goal-scoring draw with both teams scoring in an overtime penalty shootout.
Sledge hockey is a variant of ice hockey designed for players who have a physical disability and it is one of the most popular events of Winter Paralympics competition.
