- Story Text: It wasn't a bird, it was certainly a plane, stuck under a bridge in the middle of a busy street. That was the unusual sight that people in eastern India woke up to on Tuesday (December 24).
The India Post plane was found on a truck that was carrying it under a bridge but failed to pass through in Durgapur City.
The project head of the highway where the truck was abandoned said the measurement of the 'consignment' was done too late and the unfeasibility of the task was not communicated.
The plane was eventually pulled out from under the bridge with the help of ropes. - Copyright Holder: ANI (India)
