- Story Text: Family and friends paid their last respect to five Bolivian college students who died after falling from the fourth floor of a university building in El Alto, Bolivia's second-largest city.
Tearful relatives gathered on Wednesday (March 3) at the cemetery El Alto over the wooden coffins of students and demanded justice for the victims.
Dramatic video footage of the accident showed a large group of students gathered on a crowded balcony at the Public University of El Alto (UPEA) when the railing gives way and students fall, some to their deaths.
The accident occurred on Tuesday (March 2) in the university's financial sciences building, where students were gathered to attend an assembly. At least eight people are reported to have fallen.
