  • Story Text: Ukrainian troops fired on Russian positions in the country's east on Tuesday (July 18) from a Soviet-era multiple launch rocket system.
    The 59th motorised brigade shared drone footage with Reuters it said showed their rockets hit a target on occupied territory nearby.
    Reuters could not verify the location nor the date the video was filmed.
    Six weeks since Ukraine launched a counteroffensive in the east and south, Kyiv says it is deliberately advancing slowly to avoid high casualties on fortified defensive lines strewn with landmines.
