- Story Text: Czech President Petr Pavel joined hundreds of mourners on Friday (December 22) as he paid his respects to the victims of the country's worst mass shooting.
At the Charles University headquarters in Prague, a growing crowd that included the president paid tribute to 14 people killed by a student gunman at a university building on Thursday (December 21). Some knelt to light candles and lay flowers while others stood crying and hugging each other.
