- Story Text:Rapper Johnny and K-pop band ILLIT were among the arrivals spotted at Paris fashion week events on Wednesday (February 28), as Acne Studios and Balmain kicked off their Fall 2024 runway shows.
Crowds outside the Acne Studios building in Paris went wild for American-Korean rapper Johnny, also known as John Suh, chanting his name while he signed autographs and waved at fans before heading inside.
Up and coming Korean girl group ILLIT, who will release their debut album in March, also appeared to be crowd pleasers ahead of the Swedish brand’s runway show.
American former basketball player Tony Parker and French singer Aya Nakamura led the guest arrivals at the Balmain fashion show on Wednesday evening.
Fans could be heard screaming with excitement when Nakamura exited her chauffeur-driven vehicle in front of a crowd of photographers and celebrity-spotters.
Wearing a sleeveless white gillet, Brazlian model Alessandra Ambrosio dodged traffic as she posed for the photographers lining the road outside the Balmain show.
“Emily in Paris” actress Camile Razat Razat also had a near-miss with a reversing car on the same stretch of road as she posed and dazzled in a red gown with rose petal detailing.
Paris fashion week began on Monday (February 26) and will conclude on March 5 with a Louis Vutton runway.
