The victims were identified as Australian David Fisk, 57, his Filipino-born Australian citizen wife Lucita Cortez, 55, and her relative Mary Jane Cortez, 30.
An initial police investigation revealed the victims were found by hotel staff on Wednesday (July 10) with their hands and feet tied and their mouths covered with tape.
