- Story Text: Wildfires conditions were 'stablising' in Montenegro on Wednesday (July 31), a fire official said, as calmer winds eased tinderbox conditions on the Adriatic coast.
A wildfire around the seaside resort of Sutomore had flared up on Wednesday despite being extinguished overnight, state television reported.
A series of blazes broke out across the Balkans this week following weeks of heat and little rain.
