- Story Text:Employees were preparing Damascus International Airport on Saturday (December 14) to resume operations after the airport has been closed on December 8 following the fighting to oust Syria's President Bashar al-Assad.
Director of Damascus International Airport, Anis Fallouh, said Syrian airspace has already been opened for safe passage, and that the airport would soon be ready to receive flights normally.
