Story Text: Russian intelligence services know who ordered the killing of top Russian general Igor Kirillov, Kremlin said on Wednesday (December 18).
Ukraine is using the methods of terrorists, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
Lieutenant General Kirillov, who was the chief of Russia's Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Troops, was killed in Moscow on Tuesday.
