REAL MADRID FANS CHANTING BEFORE MATCH AAVN SCRIPT: Football fans praised Real Madrid’s up-and-coming Arda Guler over his performance despite little playing time this season, voicing hope that the Turkish midfielder will shine. Ahead of the UEFA Champions League Final with Borussia Dortmund in London, Real Madrid fans said Guler, who joined Real Madrid only last July, can play for Madrid for many years to come if he keeps following his passion. Speaking to Anadolu, a fan named Andrew said that Guler is a "good prospect," adding the 19-year-old Turkish footballer has "proven himself" when he took to the field in recent games. Mentioning how Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti said Guler will not go on loan, Andrew added that it is good that he will stay with the team and get more chances to show his worth. "If he stays on the team, he will get chances, I think he will get more chances than (Brahim) Diaz, so, hopefully, he stays and gets chances." Andrew voiced hope that they will see Guler in Real Madrid's starting lineup as early as possible. Ricardo, another Madrid fan, said Guler is both young and a very good player. "If he has passion, he can play (for) Madrid 10 years," said Ricardo. A fan named Gavi said he thinks the Turkish wunderkind is "the future of Madrid." "I think the time he played was amazing, so I think in the coming years we will see him inside in the Bernabeu and hopefully we can have it for a lot of time," he added, referring to Real Madrid’s stadium. Mentioning that there are good footballers playing the same position as Guler, Gavi reiterated that he is sure that Real Madrid young gun will be "the best one" on the team in the future. "I think he is nice investment for the medium and long-term ... It’s (just) a matter of time to seeing him shine," he added. Serafin, another Real Madrid fan who traveled to London for the final, said Guler has already demonstrated his "high quality." "For me Arda Guler is a very good player, he’s very young but he has demonstrated a high quality to play in Real Madrid." Since making his debut for the Whites in their Copa del Rey win 3-1 at Arandina in January, Turkish wunderkind Guler scored his first Real goal in 4-0 Celta Vigo win in March. Guler scored two goals in the 4-4 draw with Villarreal in week 37 and has played 373 minutes for Real Madrid so far, and became the player with the best minutes-per-goal ratio in the five major European leagues this season (minimum three goals), passing Bayern Munich's Harry Kane and Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe.
