SCRIPT US Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem visited the CECOT prison in El Salvador, where Venezuelans deported by the US are being held, on Wednesday 26 March. Secretary Noem toured the facilities of the "Terrorism Confinement Centre" (CECOT) in Tecoluca with El Salvador's Minister of Justice and Public Security, Gustavo Villatoro Funes.
