Summary:After a series of heavy raids by US Air Force bombers during early August 1972 the North Vietnamese claimed 33 civilians had died in the raids, which struck a housing centre near the port of Haiphong. Evidence of American losses was included in the film showing the wreckage of USAF aircraft being stripped for anything useful and the body of an American airman lying nearby.
