I have always been a big fan of his and I had seen one of the movies that David (Gordon Green) had directed before and thought it was incredibly interesting. So I had met with David and once I got over the fact that he looked about thirteen we really clicked. I really wanted to play this character she is really complicated and has a lot very difficult things happen to her and she is interesting."
