    Now, comes "Stiff Upper Lips", a British parody of English period piece dramas starring Sir Peter Ustinov and Prunella Scales.
    Filming on the Isle of Man started on March 3....
    is an irreverent new comedy that casts a jaudiced eye and a crazy sense of timing on the ever popular English costume drama.
    In the pursuit of love and sex in high and low places, "Stiff Upper Lips" is set in England in 1908, when Eng;land was in fact the land of hope and glory.
    The bosom of the upper middle classes heaves with repression - as well as tightly strung corsets.
    Enter Emily Ivory (played by Georgina Cates), although very much a portrait of lady, also one desperate to fulfill her growing sexual curiosity. She is matched for marriage to Cedric, the best friend of her brother, Edward. Cedric, however, is himself recognising his mounting passion. For Edward.
