Summary:The UN High Commissioner for Refugees said that up to half-a-million people may flee from Bosnia-Herzegovina in the next few weeks if fighting continues. The latest batch of refugees being cared for by the already strained Red Cross facilities are Serbs who have fled from the fighting in northern Bosnia.
