- Summary: Norway's King Harald hosted a dinner on November 1 in honour of Yizkhak Rabin's widow Leah Rabin at the Royal Palace in Norway's capital Oslo. US President Bill Clinton, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, Yasser Arafat and Ehud Barak who have gathered in Oslo to take part in the commemoration ceremony for Rabin attended the dinner. In his speech King Harald called Rabin "a great man and a visionary statesman". The guests of the dinner stood up to applaud Rabin's widow Leah. "It is November again and for the fourth time our thoughts go back to that night on which three bullets put an end to my husband's life. But have our thoughts and emotions ever left the memories of that horrible night? Four years, was it just yesterday or was it ages ago? Time is a strange dimension. " Leah said in he speech recalling the night when Rabin was killed.
