  • Story Text: An Austrian radio station has celebrated International Women's Day by offering female listeners a special prize - a naked male cleaner.
    Forget about elderly, grey-haired cleaning ladies. The time is right for a change. So, why not hire a good-looking muscle-bound stripper to do your cleaning? This is, at least, what some Austrian women are dreaming of.
    Austria is not only the first European country that has a male Minister for Women's Affairs. It is also a place where there is a demand for nude male cleaners.
    To mark International Women's Day on Thursday (March 8), Vienna radio station Energy 104.2 set up a phone-in competition for women only. The prize: a naked male cleaner who will clean and dust one evening for the lucky winner "wearing only the briefest of underpants - if that" as the radio station assured eager participants.
    The competition for the nude male cleaner took place during the morning of Interational Women's Day. The response to the competition was immense.
    "The amount of calls was just incredible," said announcer Sabine Raidl.
    "The lines were extremely busy; we could not even make outgoing calls. It was sheer madness," added her colleague Ottvavio Nuccio.
    A young woman from Vienna was announced lucky winner.
    Sabine Gruen impressed the jury with her fantasies about what the nude male cleaner should do in her apartment.
    "Above all, he should clean-up my kitchen. But I'd love him to work in my bedroom as well. Of course, I would need a whip, because if he doesn't work with a smile in the kitchen, with the dish-washing and the cleaning-up, I will have to interfere," said the lucky winner.
    In the evening, Sabine Gruen and some female friends had already gathered at her Viennese apartment when the "prize" in the form of "Richie", alias Richard Bartos, arrived at her home. As the women were lingering on the couch in the living room waiting anxiously for some good cleaning and stripping, Richie was getting ready for his assignment in Sabine's bedroom.

    was playing as Richie entered the living room. He was still fully dressed with a tight black pants and an even tighter blue T-shirt showing his impressive muscles.
    Instead of cleaning the furniture in the living room, Richie found a more imaginative use for his duster, tickling Sabine and her friends. As the performance went on, Richie started to vacuum the floor while gradually getting undressed with the help of Sabine and her giggling friends. After ten minutes, the show was over and Richie rushed naked from the room.
    Sabine admits that she was very impressed with Richie's stripping skills, but "when it comes to the cleaning, I am not really satisfied."
    Sabine's friend Doris Lentsch agreed. "Having a naked male cleaner from time to time would be very nice" she said.
    The only male spectator, Werner Dworschak, boyfriend of one of the lucky winner's friends, was not impressed by Richie's talents, or inspired by his performance. He has his own cleaning lady, fully clothed.
    When Richie is not cleaning apartments and stripping, he is a graduate student of business in Vienna.
