- Story Text: The more lurid the better - the best of Belgian flesh turned out adorned with body paint at the Brussels Fantasy Film Festival as body artists vied for an award.
Fifteen models, including two men, became human canvases for the afternoon on Saturday (March 28) as the body artists created images calling on fantasy and science fiction.
Fantastical themes and intricate skill combined for a truly colourful event.
The winner, a body painting called "Good and Evil" by artist Nelly Recchia, netted the French woman a cool one million Belgian francs (33,000 U.S.dollars) first prize and a box of makeup for her next canvas.
