- Story Text: Bosnian Serb soldiers removed mines from roads near Brcko in Bosnia-Herzegovina on Thursday (December 28), complying with one of the terms of the Paris peace agreement.
The soldiers removed the mines from roads along Mount Majeviea in north-west Bosnia.
The route will be used by North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Implementation Force (IFOR) troops overseeing the peace deal. The mine-clearing operation was observed by British IFOR soldiers.
