- Story Text: Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Thursday (August 10) Russia and Thailand supported the peaceful resolution of conflict according to the UN charter, after meeting his counterpart in Bangkok.
Lavrov and Thai Foreign Minister Don Pramudwinai held talks on Thursday discussing regional and international issues, including the Korean Peninsula crisis.
Russia's top diplomat later met Thai Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha.
Trade turnover has steadily grown between Thailand and Russia with both countries to hold further talks between related agencies to expand in trade and tourism, Lavrov said. - Copyright Holder: POOL (CAN SELL)
