- Story Text: Rapping Colombian nun Maria Valentina told Reuters on Wednesday (September 06) that she was excited for Pope Francis' visit and looked forward to performing for him.
Maria Valentina has become a sensation throughout Colombia after her talents were showcased on the television show 'A Otro Nivel' in 2016. Her rapping talents got the attention of the United Catholic Musicians and asked her to participate in the recording of the official hymn "Take the First Step".
She will perform her rapping talents on Thursday (September 07) during the Pope's Mass.
