- Story Text: German police in the western town of Giessen said on Thursday (October 26) that they had arrested a suspect in the 18-year-old cold case murder of an eight-year-old girl.
The 41-year-old suspect is accused of kidnapping Johanna Bohnacker, sexually assaulting her and leaving her body in a forest by nearby Alsfeld.
Bohnacker went missing on September 2, 1999 and her body was found by a passer-by on April 1, 2000.
