Arafat signed up to this, and Prime Minister Sharon signed up to it as well, too. And as I say, I met with the Israeli cabinet and discussed it with them. So we had everybody agreed to the procedure. So far, though, the conditions on the ground have not warranted my going forward with the meeting. The arrangement was that at a time and place to be determined, if in fact these circumstances were met, I would agree to meet with Arafat.
