In the circumstances of the case the appeals chamber considers that a sentence of more than 20 years of imprisonment for any count which the appellant stands convicted is excessive. The appeals chamber therefore revises the sentencing judgment of 11th November 1999 and sentences Mr Tadic to 20 years of imprisonment for each of counts 29, 30 and 31 of the indictment to run concurrently and in relation to the present terms imposed by the trial chambers" 2.34 9.
