REPORTER: How did your talks go sir? KHAN: Well, very well indeed. There were no particular points to discuss, I just came to pay my respects to the President of France with whom Pakistan has greatest and closest relations in every field in the economic field, in the cultural field, and so on. And I just dropped in for a few minutes just to renew the relationship. I then had the honour of meeting him before I met him now. REPORTER: Next week, early November, you are expected in Peking on a state visit. What are going to be -- KHAN: What was that you said? REPORTER: In Peking -- KHAN: Oh yes REPORTER: Could you sun up for us, the main point between the relations of Pakistan and China? KHAN: Well our relationships are based on mutual goodwill, non-interference with each other's affairs, and just try to maintain peace in the world.
