No overall majority is two to one. Labour majority is quite a long way out there at sixteen to one. And, finally, the Lib-Dems don't look like as if they have any chance at all, at 250 to one." ADAMS POINTING AT BOARD WITH BETTING ODDS (SOUNDBITE) (English) WILLIAM HILL SPOKESPERSON, RUPERT ADAMS, SAYING: "Well, for the last week, equal momentum has been for the Conservative majority, but in the last 24 to 48 hours, that has stalled that momentum completely, and now, it's no overall majority. And that, in its own way, has sparked an interest of the Labour minority government, and also, one I think personally quite interesting at ten to one is a Labour-SNP coalition." ADAMS WRITING ON BOARD WITH ODDS ON 'NEXT LABOUR LEADER' ODDS ON BETTING BOARD (SOUNDBITE) (English) WILLIAM HILL SPOKESPERSON, RUPERT ADAMS, SAYING: "So, Keir Starmer is the red-hot favourite. I think I was looking at the book this morning - 84 percent of the bets placed so far are for him, and then, if you are looking for a slightly bigger price, Yvette Cooper, 12 to 1, looks may be worth a pound or two." ADAMS WRITING ODDS ON BOARD BREXIT 2020 ODDS ON BOARD (SOUNDBITE) (English) WILLIAM HILL SPOKESPERSON, RUPERT ADAMS, SAYING: "Well, Brexit is quite interesting, isn't it? If the Conservatives get in with a majority, we fully expect Brexit to go through. So, it's quite a short price. It's odds on - so it's four to five - Brexit occurs in 2020 and if you don't think it's going to happen, that's 6 to 4 that Brexit does not happen in 2020. VARIOUS OF HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT

- Story Text: British bookmakers William Hill on Wednesday (December 11) put a Conservative majority as the favourite in its betting odds, a day ahead of the UK general election.
The Dec. 12 election has been described by all parties as Britain's most important in memory, with Prime Minister Boris Johnson calling for a big majority so he can swiftly pull Britain out of the EU. The main opposition Labour Party promises a new referendum on Brexit and the renationalisation of utilities and railroads in its most left-wing platform for decades.
William Hill spokesperson Rupert Adams said the chances of a Conservative majority were two to one, while the odds of Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn becoming prime minister were at 16 to one. The chances of a no overall majority was at two to one.
Adams added that if the Conservative Party secure a parliamentary majority, Shadow Brexit Secretary Keir Starmer was the clear frontrunner for next Labour Leader at five to two.
Major polling forecaster YouGov on Wednesday slashed its predictions for Johnson's majority by more than half to 28. Two weeks ago it had predicted a majority of 68.
