- Story Text: Jordan host Nigerian in Amman on Monday (October 28) i na friendly seen by both sides as a warm-up for possible 2014 world cup qualification.
On November 13, Jordan have an intercontinental play-off against the fifth-placed team in the South American campaign, Uruguay, in their attempt to ensure a spot in their first ever World Cup finals in Brazil next year.
Nigeria face Ethiopia in Calabar on November 16 in a world cup qualifier and are also gearing up to compete in the 2014 African Nations Championship, scheduled for January.
"The Nigerian team is a strong team and they are participating in the same World Cup qualifiers and are preparing for the same conditions that we are preparing for.
