He's just got too much traction in this state. A lot of name recognition and there's just too many other challenges. The field is all spread out with the remaining candidates and they're all just beating up each other." (SOUNDBITE) (English) PETER, NEW HAMPSHIRE VOTER, SAYING: "Probably Romney though I'd rather not. I don't like Romney. But I just think that's the way its going to go. So I think he's the only one that has a chance to beat Obama." (SOUNDBITE) (English) CAROLYN, NEW HAMPSHIRE VOTER, SAYING: "Well, the only one I see with any kind of strength is Mitt Romney and he seems to have, I tend to like him but he seems to be the one that has his act together." (SOUNDBITE) (English) KURT FROST, NEW HAMPSHIRE VOTER, SAYING: "Mitt Romney. Because he seems like he's an honest person. That's what I notice. He's been with the same wife for so long. Been at the same job for 25 years. You need someone like that in the presidency." (SOUNDBITE) (English) DAVID MCNOLTY, NEW HAMPSHIRE VOTER, SAYING: "It'll probably be Mitt Romney because he'll say anything or do anything to get elected. So, it'll probably be Mitt Romney." (SOUNDBITE) (English) TERRY QUINN, NEW HAMPSHIRE VOTER, SAYING: "Well, I think Romney appears to be at the top of the polls, but I heard this morning that the undecided voters are close to half of the population. So who knows? (SOUNDBITE) (English) BOB, NEW HAMPSHIRE VOTER, SAYING: "Paul is going to come out ahead because he's been predicting the same thing since 1988. He knows that the government is in big trouble, the bankers ruined our economy and furthermore I just think that he's going to do the good job for us, for the country." (SOUNDBITE) (English) RON KAPLAN, NEW HAMPSHIRE VOTER, SAYING: "Romney. I mean he's so far ahead and nobody else makes any sense at this point. Gingrich is too far out there. I think Romney will walk the line that has to be walked." (SOUNDBITE) (English) ALBERT GUPTILL, NEW HAMPSHIRE VOTER, SAYING: "Mitt Romney. I think he will come out on top. By how much, I don't know, but I think he will, yeah." (SOUNDBITE) (English) NICOLE PERRAULT, NEW HAMPSHIRE VOTER, SAYING: "Honestly, I like how one of the candidates I believe its Dr. Ron Paul, is going for honesty, get our debt down. That would be awesome and hopefully maybe the underdog would win also. [REPORTER ASKING: Who is the underdog?] I pronounce his name wrong [REPORTER ASKING: Huntsman?] Yes, Huntsman." (SOUNDBITE) (English) UNIDENTIFIED NEW HAMPSHIRE VOTER, SAYING: "They all say the same thing over and over and over and I think people are just getting sick of it. So, but my vote's with Obama." (SOUNDBITE) (English) WAYNE GENDRON, NEW HAMPSHIRE VOTER, SAYING: "I think Obama is going to get back in there, personally. Personally, I think everybody is wasting their time. I don't know what your opinion is. A lot of people don't like him but then again, I think they're going to give him another chance." STREET SCENE

- Story Text: Residents of New Hampshire expressed their opinions on who might win Tuesdays (January 10) crucial primary vote.
With less than 24 hours until the polls opened, local residents of Nashua were outspoken about who they will choose as the Republican nominee to take on President Barack Obama this November.
Mark Kanakis, a Nashua business owner told Reuters Mitt Romney would win the New Hampshire primary -- a view which many shared.
"Romney. He's just got too much traction in this state. A lot of name recognition and there's just too many other challenges. The field is all spread out with the remaining candidates and they're all just beating up each other."
Nashua resident Carolyn also predicted a Romney win.
"Well, the only one I see with any kind of strength is Mitt Romney and he seems to have, I tend to like him but he seems to be the one that has his act together."
Bob told Reuters Ron Paul would be the winner on Tuesday.
"He knows that the government is in big trouble, the bankers ruined our economy and furthermore I just think that he's going to do the good job for us, for the country.
The New Hampshire Primary, the fist primary on the heels of the Iowa Caucuses, takes place on Tuesday January 10.
Winners of the small New England States primary have had mixed success in getting their party's nomination, a fact that raises questions about the primary's relevance. Critics say the Hew Hampshire primary is arcane, unrepresentative and is given undue media attention.
Defenders say it acts as a leveler between the more politically conservative Iowa and South Carolina contests.
The latest from Suffolk University/7 News poll shows front-runner Romney carrying 33 percent of the vote, Paul 20, Huntsman placing third with 13 percent and undecided 12 percent. Gingrich carried 11 percent of the vote and Santorum placed under him with 10 percent.
