This helped us reach the point where we are now, because when Ronaldo and Benzema used to play, there was less possession in the midfield." (SOUNDBITE) (Italian) FABIO BRAMVILLA, FROM MONZA, ITALY, SAYING: "Above all, this time around, we should overcome our psychological problem. Because we have lost too many finals. And this time it should go well, I hope so with all my heart." (SOUNDBITE) (English) AUSTRALIAN JUVENTUS FAN, VINCE MARABELLI, COMING FROM MELBOURNE, SAYING: "A dream, it's a dream to go watch Juventus play the final. And I was lucky enough to find a ticket. Went to visit some relatives that live in Italy and have come now to England and gone off to Cardiff to watch the mighty zebras." - Story Text:Juventus and Real Madrid fans dozed amiably together on a morning train from London to Cardiff on Saturday (June 3) as they were whisked across England to Wales and the Champions League final.
Fans of Spain's La Liga champions and Italy's Serie A champions travelled together in the train carriages. Those lucky enough to get a seat slept, others stood and a few tucked themselves in the luggage rack for a nap.
All were convinced that it would be a tough match but their team would triumph this time around.
On arrival in Cardiff the fans set off for refreshment before making their way to the Millennium Stadium and taking their places for the 1845gmt start.
Some police officers were on hand at the railway stadium to help the visitors with directions.
Following the recent Manchester concert attack the police force is mounting what they describe as the UK's biggest sports event security operation around the stadium.
Vehicles are excluded from the stadium surround and there will be thorough searches of spectators for weapons. - Copyright Holder: REUTERS
