MV DARREN WAYATT (CHARLOTTE'S FATHER) ARRIVING AT COURT; MV PAT FORSYTH, SPOKESPERSON FOR PORTSMOUTH HOSPITAL'S NHS TRUST 0.53 3. (SOUNDBITE)(English) PAT FORSYTHE, SPOKESPERSON FOR PORTSMOUTH HOSPITAL'S NHS TRUST, SAYING: "As we said during the court hearing in Cardiff last month, this has not been a case about who cares the most about Charlotte. Time and again we've heard independent medical experts pay tribute to the truly remarkable achievement of our hospital staff in keeping Charlotte infection-free." 1.16 4. (SOUNDBITE) (ENGLISH) RICHARD STEIN, DARREN AND DEBBIE WYATT'S SOLICITOR, SAYING: "Darren and Debbie are very disappointed that the judge has confirmed that things stand, Charlotte will not be ventilated in the event that she requires it. He did however recognise that her condition has changed significantly. In fact it continues to improve. For example, only five weeks ago, the evidence accepted by the judge was that Charlotte was badly malnourished. Only today we heard from the trust that charlotte has put on significant amounts of weight over the last four weeks. The judge was clearly concerned about the uncertainty of charlotte's future. He ordered that the case be kept under review and allowed Darren and Debbie to appeal to the court of appeal, which is something that they greatly welcome." 2.20 5.
